Bri graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor’s degree in special education and rehabilitation. Following graduation, she worked for two years at a school supporting elementary-aged students with moderate to severe autism. It was there, that she found her passion for working 1:1 with children with autism. Bri went on to work as a Behavior Technician at Ascend Behavior Partners in Phoenix, Arizona while completing her master’s degree in psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis. She completed her residency and BCBA fieldwork at Ascend, gaining first-hand experience using ABAtherapy in home and school settings. Upon her initial move to Washington, Bri worked closely with under-served families and children in a short-term day clinic program. She then joined the STEPS team in August of 2023. In her career as a BCBA,Bri is especially passionate about supporting children with coping skills, self-advocacy, and social skills. In her free time, Bri enjoys hiking, kayaking with her dog and exploring the PNW.
